Ior Majesty is a soul punk duo from Buenos Aires. Led by Mechi Dumas y Jero Alderete, they began writing songs about love, music and going crazy during lockdown, while there was plenty of time to kill.

Their razor sharp guitars and Debbie Harry infused vocals remind of CBGB’s New York sounds from the 70s and 80s. Jero and Mech work very fast, typically diving deep into songwriting for hours until it is ready for release. The instant quality of the songs is palpable, making them relatable and down to earth.

After working on a number of singles, both in english and in spanish, they are readying the final songs for there first ever LP release, coming out in 2024.
